Domestic Orders (US)

We offer FREE Economy shipping on all US orders. Our products will either be shipped from our warehouses in Georgia or Texas, depending on location of shipment and support. After an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for the item to be shipped. Orders are only shipped on weekdays (Monday - Friday) and not the weekend or on Holidays. If ordered on either, it will be shipped within the next 1-2 business days. All shipping times are best estimates and not guaranteed. You can see shipping times and costs in the below table:

  • CANCELLATIONS: If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  If we purchase your shipping label before you notify us, we will be unable to cancel it, unfortunately.
  • INCORRECT ADDRESS: If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us the correct shipping address right away at adoniskincare@gmail.com.  If we purchase your shipping label before you notify us, we will be unable to change it, unfortunately. If your item is shipped to the incorrect address, we aren't liable for the package.  If it is "Return to Sender" due to an incorrect address, please see below.
  • RETURN TO SENDER: We are unable to provide a full refund for orders that are marked as "Return to Sender". A refund will only be issued if the package arrives back at our warehouse in perfect condition, which isn't a guarantee as we do not receive most "Return to Sender" packages.  If your "Return to Sender" package is deemed in perfect condition, a refund will be issued. 
  • SHIPPING INSURANCE: When you purchase shipping insurance with your order, you can file a claim for lost, stolen or damaged packages. You will have the option to have us send you a replacement package or refund you the actual cost you paid for your item(s), excluding taxes and original shipping paid. If you choose to not purchase shipping insurance, Adonis Skin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. To file a claim, please contact us at adoniskincare@gmail.com. Make sure to include your order number and the reason why you are filing the claim.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided when ordering. If you did not purchase shipping insurance with your order, we cannot be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

International Orders

Adonis Skin does not currently accept international orders and is something we are working on now. Please send us an email with the country you're in where you're trying to buy our products to.
